Eligible candidates who are interested in this recruitment drive can fill and submit their online applications from September 28 to October 27, 2021. This is a special recruitment drive initiated by the Indian Army for both male and female engineering graduates to serve in the force.

The SSC (Tech) Recruitment 2021 will allow shortlisted candidates to train at the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) for a duration of 49 weeks. Only the shortlisted candidates scoring equal to or more than the cut-off percentage will be interviewed at the selection centres. After this 2-stage selection process, selected candidates will have to undergo a medical examination to prove their medical competency. After being deemed “medical fit”, candidates will be issued a joining letter for training based on the merit, availability of vacancies and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.

Candidates must note that all these steps will be intimated to them via email or SMS. In case they are shortlisted for the next stage, applicants are advised to keep track of their registered email ID or mobile number for important details about the subsequent stages.
